Repairing a converted Sprinter is a completely different job from repairing a stock one, and the gap between shops that understand that and shops that do not is where owners get hurt. Behind a converted van's wall panel there is insulation, wiring runs, water lines, and cabinetry mounting, all installed by somebody whose plans you do not have. A body technician who opens that panel expecting sheet metal and a vapor barrier will cut through something. We work on conversions weekly, we open panels carefully, and we document the build so your carrier recognizes the value that is actually in the vehicle.

Every job is quoted from the vehicle after inspection. The ranges below let you plan before you call. Body and paint labor is billed at $210 per hour, mechanical and electrical at $260 per hour, and diagnostics at $285 per hour with the diagnostic hour refunded as a credit against an authorized repair.
