How long does an insurance claim repair usually take?
Most claims run two to eight weeks depending on parts availability and how quickly your carrier approves supplements. Minor collision work is often done in one to three weeks. We give you a written schedule at authorization and update you weekly so you are never chasing us for status.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. We bill direct with Progressive, GEICO, State Farm, AAA SoCal, AAA Enterprises, Mercury and every other major carrier, and we hold direct repair relationships with several of them. We handle the documentation, photos, supplements, and adjuster communication so you do not have to.
Do you charge for an estimate in Newport Beach?
Collision estimates are provided at no charge and insurance walk ins are always welcome. RV systems estimates covering slides, awnings, water, electrical, and generators are $150, and an in depth diagnostic is one hour at $285. Both of those are refunded as a credit against an authorized repair.
Can you handle custom camper van builds and modifications?
