TLDR
Agencies need estimates that survive procurement review and scheduling that keeps the fleet operational. We work to the paperwork, not around it.
OCRV Center serves Newport Beach area municipal and government agencies with body, paint, structural, and equipment work across police, fire, ambulance, refuse, utility, and public works vehicles, with documented estimates and purchase order invoicing.
Agencies We Work With
- City and county government fleet departments
- Fire departments and emergency response agencies
- Police departments and law enforcement
- School districts operating bus fleets
- Public works departments
- Parks and recreation departments
- Water and sewer utilities
- Transit and transportation agencies
How We Work With Agencies
- Documented estimates: Written to survive a purchasing review rather than a quick verbal number.
- Purchase order invoicing: We invoice against the PO on your schedule and paperwork format.
- Staged multi unit scheduling: So you are never missing several vehicles from the same function at once.
- One vendor across a mixed fleet: Buses, emergency vehicles, refuse, utility, and light vehicles all already have a place in our workflow.
- Compliance restoration: Livery, reflective marking, emergency lighting, and equipment mounting all restored to specification, not just the body.
The Coastal Corrosion Problem
Agencies running coastal routes have a body maintenance problem that inland fleets do not. Salt exposure combined with daily washing attacks refuse bodies, utility compartments, and any unrepaired scrape on a light vehicle. On an aging fleet this is usually the single largest body cost line.
We treat corrosion at the repair and coat afterward, because covering it is how an agency pays for the same repair twice within three budget cycles.
