Private Owners

RV, Camper, and Van Owners in Newport Beach

TLDR

Private owners get honest scope and weekly updates. The two things owners tell us they never got at the last shop.

OCRV Center serves private RV, camper, fifth wheel, and van owners in Newport Beach with documented estimates, direct carrier billing, honest scope assessment, and weekly progress updates through the repair.

Owners We Work With

  • Individual RV and motorhome owners across every class
  • Camper, fifth wheel, and travel trailer owners
  • Sprinter and camper van owners, including heavily converted builds
  • Overland and adventure vehicle owners with aftermarket systems
  • Vintage and classic RV enthusiasts
  • Full time RVers and snowbirds living in the vehicle

What Private Owners Worry About

  • Being oversold: You get a scope that separates what is failing now from what will fail in two seasons, so you decide what to do and when rather than being told everything is urgent.
  • Losing the claim: We document at intake and supplement with evidence. That is what turns a debated claim into an approved one.
  • Never hearing anything: Weekly updates without chasing us, and a call whenever something changes the schedule.
  • The bill moving: Nothing gets added without your authorization, and you see photographs of any hidden damage before it becomes a supplement.
  • Being told it is unrepairable: Frequently it is not, particularly on older and vintage coaches where we fabricate what is no longer available.

If You Live in the Vehicle

Full timers have a scheduling problem nobody else has: the repair displaces your home. We plan those jobs around that reality where we can, sequencing so the vehicle is habitable for as much of the work as possible and giving you the most accurate schedule we can rather than an optimistic one.

Tell us at intake if you are living in it. It genuinely changes how we stage the work.

Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you tell me if a repair is not worth doing?

Yes, and we do regularly. On an older coach with a failing roof and soft floor the arithmetic sometimes does not work, and you deserve that answer before you spend the money rather than after.

Can I stay in my RV during the repair?

Not on the property during work, for safety and insurance reasons. Tell us if you are a full timer and we will sequence the job to minimize the displacement.

What if I only want part of the work done?

Entirely your call. We will tell you which items are safety or water related and should not wait, and you decide the rest.

Ready to Get Your Vehicle Fixed the Right Way?

Bring us the claim, the damage, or the project. We handle collision, paint, structural, interior, and systems work in one 35,000 square foot facility and we bill your carrier direct.
