About Commercial and Heavy Vehicles in Newport Beach
Commercial truck repair at OCRV Center covers cab and box body repair, full refinish, fleet graphics, lift gates, service bodies, and structural work for Newport Beach fleets. Engine, drivetrain, and DOT inspection work is not performed.
Commercial vehicles are a downtime problem before they are a repair problem. Every day a box truck sits is a day of revenue that does not happen, which is why our commercial work is organized around getting the vehicle back rather than around maximizing the ticket. We handle body, paint, structural, and equipment installation in shop. We do not perform engine, drivetrain, or DOT inspection work, and telling fleet operators that clearly up front saves everybody time. Newport Beach businesses running delivery, service, and distribution fleets use us for collision, branding, and upfitting.

Insurance Notes
Commercial claims should include downtime documentation. A repair plan with a realistic schedule supports loss of use where the policy provides for it.
We bill direct with every major carrier and hold direct repair relationships with several. Read how the claim process works or the 25 things carriers do not tell you about RV and van claims.
