TLDR
A fleet program is scheduling before it is repair. We stage units so your operational capacity never drops below what you need.
OCRV Center runs batch scheduled fleet body, paint, and equipment programs with color formula kept on file, staged multi unit scheduling, and consolidated invoicing for Newport Beach area operators.
How a Fleet Program Works
- Fleet survey. We assess every unit and produce a prioritized condition report.
- Program plan. Work is grouped by urgency and staged so operational capacity stays intact.
- Formula capture. Your color specification goes on file so every future unit matches.
- Rolling execution. Units cycle through on an agreed schedule rather than all at once.
- Consolidated reporting. One point of contact, one invoicing format, one status report.
Why Batching Costs Less
Setup and color mixing are fixed costs per session rather than per vehicle. Running six units of the same livery through together costs materially less than six separate visits, and the finish is more consistent because it came from the same batch.
The same logic applies to corrosion treatment and graphics refresh. On a coastal fleet, addressing every unrepaired scrape in one program is far cheaper than treating each one as it becomes a corrosion problem.
