About Additional Services in Newport Beach
Additional services cover custom fabrication and welding, full interior and exterior detailing with ceramic coating, and written pre-purchase and insurance claim inspections. All work is performed in shop at the Yorba Linda facility serving Newport Beach owners.
Everything under this hub falls outside the collision, paint, interior, and systems departments but still requires the same shop capability. Fabrication covers the custom bumpers, racks, storage solutions, and structural modifications that no catalog part solves, built by welders working in steel and aluminum to a drawing you approve before anything is cut. Detailing covers the reconditioning work that a coastal vehicle genuinely needs, including oxidation removal on faded gelcoat and ceramic coating that slows salt and UV attack. Inspection covers the written evaluations Newport Beach buyers and owners rely on before a purchase, before a long trip, or before filing a claim. All three are performed in shop at our Yorba Linda facility. We do not run mobile or roadside service.
Problems We Solve
These are the situations Newport Beach owners bring us most often for this work. If yours is not listed, call and describe it. We would rather tell you it is outside our scope than take a job we are not the right shop for.
- No off the shelf part exists for the rack, bumper, or storage solution you need
- Gelcoat heavily oxidized and chalking after years of coastal sun
- Considering a used coach purchase without knowing what is hiding behind the panels
- Needing a documented condition report before filing or disputing an insurance claim
- Headlights hazed to the point of failing to project usable light
- Existing aftermarket modification mounted in a way that is damaging the structure
Our Process
- Requirement and drawing: For fabrication we agree on load, mounting points, and finish, and you approve a drawing before material is cut.
- Structural verification: Mounting locations are checked against the actual frame and substrate so the modification does not damage the vehicle.
- Build or recondition: Welding and fabrication in steel or aluminum, or staged compounding, polishing, and coating for detail work.
- Fit, finish, and coat: Fabricated parts are test fitted, finished, and coated for coastal corrosion resistance.
- Written report or handover: Inspections deliver a written report with photographs. Fabrication and detail work is walked with you at delivery.

Insurance Notes
Aftermarket fabrication is a common claim dispute. Photographing and specifying the build at the time it is done is what turns a contested modification into a documented one.
We bill direct with every major carrier and hold direct repair relationships with several. Read how the claim process works or the 25 things carriers do not tell you about RV and van claims.
